Snow On The Linville River Railway

I was greeted with a nice snowfall on Monday morning when I was heading back home. Decided to drive the back roads on my trip home from Banner Elk to Memphis. The back way included a drive down the old road that follows the Toe River. This is the intersection at the west end of Rams Horn Curve, just west of Newland. The crop of Christmas trees looked like they had just been dusted with powdered sugar.
