Cranberry Iron & Coal Company House in Cranberry

This is the only remaining 2-story company house left on Smoky Road in Cranberry. The road was lined with dozens of company houses at one time, 2-story duplexes on the south side and 1-story duplexes on the north side. These 2-story houses had a central brick chimney that served both sides of the house, this one's been removed above the roof-line. This particular house has been converted to a single family house, as has the 1-story across the street. Both houses are pretty small, especially to have been for 2 families.
