Pardee Point in the Doe River Gorge

Pardee Point, named for Ario Pardee (one of the principal's of the original railroad), was probably the most photographed place in the Doe River Gorge. This area badly needed to be cleared at the time of this photo, but because of all the maintenance work done by the camp, it can once again claim its title of the most photogenic spot in the Gorge.
