Shell Creek

Compared to the photo from over 60 years ago, most of the buildings are still there. The Shell Creek Station sat about where the right lane of the highway is now, just beyond the street I'm standing on. The tracks ran about in the middle of the highway, along with a passing track. The old highway that was here when the railroad was running ran right up against those buildings, about where the front of my car is.
