NARC Plant at Bemberg

One last photo from the power house and we'll go. This is a close-up shot of the end where the brick stack once stood. I think the stack was physically attached to the building by a metal duct at that door up high on the rusted ductwork. I'm not exactly sure how it worked, but it appears that there was a powered blower at the lower right - perhaps some sort of forced draft for the stack? I guess I need to get on the internet and find out how these things worked. This would be an interesting detail for modelers. This building is in the process of being demolished in the summer of 2013.
