Tweetsie Railroad

The story I got was that Tweetsie had a group of guys who had been cowboys on some local TV shows to get dressed in their old outfits and put in an appearance. I know there's more to this story, someone please tell me about it. I'm sure folks who live in the area could tell me who every one of these guys is.
