Covered Bridge Abutment

This is the downstream side of the abutment from across the Doe River. The Little Doe empties into the Doe just off to the left of the photo. The Doe is pretty shallow and placid here. The Little Doe is even smaller. Hence the name "Little Doe"...get it?
