East Tennessee Railway Yard in Johnson City

Looks like the ET Railway has found another money-maker for the railroad. These two 23,000 gallon tank cars were spotted next to the engine house in Johnson City. All the hose paraphenalia is for pumping used oil from tank trucks into the tank cars. I suppose when the tank cars are full, they are taken to a recycling plant. These are some big tankers. Wonder how long it takes to fill 'em up?
