Group Shot in Cranberry Iron Mine

The 1, 2, 3, 4, 5...6 stooges pose here for a self portrait in front of the pressure tank deep inside the Cranberry Mine. They are from left to right, Malcolm Marion, me kneeling, John Waite, Peter Stroth, Cliff Ward and Mark Brown. The wives had shrewdly left and gone elsewhere while we wasted hours hiking in a dark mine tunnel. We were all lost and never heard from again. Just kidding, we had a good time until John found out there were bats in there. Do you know how dark it is in an iron mine when you turn off the flashlights? We found out, but luckily the glow from my shirt kept us from being totally without light.
